Q. How long does it take my carpet to dry?
A. We've had good results with carpets drying in as little as an hour. It takes longer a bit in the summer to dry. You need a nice steady dry heat. Not many people want to turn on their furnaces in the summer.
Q. When's the best time to have my carpet cleaned by Shineco Cleaning Services?
A. Anytime ... really let us clean at a time that is convenient for you.
We don't use a big clunky truck mount or any hoses going through your front door.
Q. Can you clean my apartment / condo?
A. Absolutely. Our machines are small and nimble we don't use a great big truck with long hoses idling in your driveway.
Q. Do I have to vacuum after the carpet dries?
A. You don't have to - but the next time you vacuum you might find extra dirt. This is because of the anti-resoil qualities of our detergent.

Q. I have pets can you do anything about the smell?
A. In addition to our regular deep cleaning we can use odour neutralizers to neutralize offensive odours, these also work at counteracting any smoke odours.
